Management Policy

The general body and the elected executive committee of the CCBVO control and guide the overall organizational policies and management issues, which are consisted of 29 and 07 members respectively. The General Secretary of the EC acts as the Chief Executive of the organization. Under the CE there is a Director Programme and numbers of Coordinators and experienced, educated and dedicated workers are working.

As per constitution of the organization all project related activities are implemented by the staff and volunteers headed by the General secretary (Chief Executive) who is responsible for overall management of the organization. All policies and guide lines including constitution are approved in General committee Meeting.
