CCBVO’s programme partners are mostly ethnic people, distress women and children, CBOs, landless, extreme poor, living in the villages or slam areas, who response to the following criteria-
Economic Indicators
- Landless (both the Ethnic & Bangali farm labourers)
- Marginal farmer (having less than 2 acres land (maximum)
- Share cropper- can grow food for 6 months of a year.
- Day labourers at least part of the year.
Social Indicators :
- Inhabitancy: Permanent in habitant in a locality.
- Membership: All family members.
- Priority to women and ethnic minorities live in Barendra areas.
- Related stakeholders.
